At iBuilditBetter, every great kitchen or bath transformation begins in your home.

1. In-home Site -Check  500.00 Fee. We start with a detailed on-site consultation. This includes hand-drawing your existing space and documenting your specific wants, needs, and lifestyle goals.

2. Using 2020 Design Technology to transform space into real time drawings. We share these via email, allowing us to interact and collaborate with each other, if revisions are necessary, we adjust to client's input.

3. We guide you through the selection of every detail, including cabinetry, countertops, appliances, flooring and all items involved in the project. We provide a curated list of preferred vendors so you can explore showrooms or websites on your own schedule, we offer guided showroom "field trips" on a case-by-case basis.

4. Once the design and materials are finalized, we prepare a formal contract. Once the 50% deposit is paid we then release your final set of plans and place the orders to get your project in the delivery or build schedule.
