To accommodate the needs of a growing family, this townhouse master bathroom required a dramatic spatial transformation. As the designated Licensed Bathroom Contractor MD | DC, we managed the project from a complete structural demolition to moving interior walls to maximize the square footage. The new open-concept oasis features Decora Custom Cabinetry topped with a timeless white Quartz countertop and Kohler Verticy undermount bowls. For daily efficiency, we recessed two Robern PLM 1630 cabinets directly into the wall to construct a smart tri-view mirror workstation. The primary bathing zone center around a deep Kohler Underscore soaking tub, equipped with a Grohe widespread faucet and a family-friendly Grohe triple-function thermostatic push-button diverter for effortless operation. Clean porcelain walls are accented by a gorgeous shower niche using Alato Beachwalk Chevron marble and a Hampton Carrara polished marble sill, all coming together over premium marble tile floors. Space-saving recessed toilet paper dispenser, custom recessed cans, architectural stripe lighting, and submerged tub lighting complete this hyper-functional, luxury design.
