Remodeling a condominium comes with strict structural rules and board constraints. At Parkside Plaza, we utilized 2020 Design Technology drawings to clearly showcase our vision, allowing a very helpful condo board to assist us in implementing the client's goal. As a premium Licensed Bathroom Contractor MD | DC, our primary vision was to deliver modern luxury while prioritizing essential ADA accessibility for a client with health concerns. The wet room features hidden structural wood framing to support heavy-duty hand bars, a wheelchair-ready Kohler cast iron shower pan, and a Moen wall-mounted foldable seat. We wrapped the shower in beautiful Jeffrey Court Starry white wall tiles, adding a Grohe Grandera dual-function thermostatic valve and a perfectly positioned Grohe Relexa 100 handheld wand. Finally, we completely redesigned the master bedroom electrical plan, allowing the client to control their room lighting and CPAP machine safely without getting out of bed.
